The Scenic Tree Design (Chong Boon Secondary School)

Embracing the vision of "Chong Boon, Our Garden of Growth," CBSS refreshed its emblem in 2006 to reflect its groundbreaking distinction as Singapore’s first niche school for Environmental Education and Sustainable Technologies. Rendered in dark blue and white, the crest adopted a beautiful landscape silhouette.
Holistic Harmony: The circular shape and flowing horizon symbolized a seamless, welcoming, and holistic educational environment designed to nurture well-rounded citizens.
An Anchor of PRIDE: The roots branched out in five distinct directions, representing the school’s core values of Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence.
Soaring Horizons: While the skyward-reaching tree symbolized students maximizing their personal potential, the two birds in flight captured a creative, entrepreneurial spirit, inspiring students to venture into uncharted territories as lifelong learners.
