The Circle & Generator Design
To mark the school's historic relocation to a modern, expansive campus in Ang Mo Kio, Principal Mdm So Bie Leng introduced a dynamic new design celebrating the school's transformation from a rural institution to a contemporary flagship campus.
The Central Identity: At the heart of the design lay the letter "Y", representing Yio Chu Kang Secondary School.
The Three Components: Shaped like a dynamic generator, its three interconnected parts symbolized the enduring school motto while representing the synergy between students, staff, and stakeholders driving the school toward excellence.
The Boundless Circle: Encircling the generator, the outer band symbolized the strong bond uniting the student body with the school’s leadership and educators, working together to inspire students to serve the nation.
