The Ministry of Education Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) offers help to Singapore Citizen students in financial need.
Singapore Citizen students from households with gross monthly household income (GHI) not exceeding $4,000, or per capita income (PCI) not exceeding $1,000, are eligible for the MOE FAS from 1 January 2026.
Parents who wish to apply are encouraged to do so online via the website link MOE Financial Assistance Application Form for 2026 (GGAS).
