"Coming Home" by the YCKSS Dance Interest Group

Synopsis of "Coming Home"
In COMING HOME (YCKSS Dance Interest Group) (opens in new tab), students from Yio Chu Kang Secondary School deliver a staged dance routine set to a dynamic soundtrack. Dressed in matching futuristic metallic outfits, the dancers begin by utilizing multi-colored plastic chairs as dynamic props, synchronizing seated and standing movements to explore themes of gathering, separation, and returning home.
As the performance progresses, the dancers clear the stage of chairs to execute high-energy, synchronized hip-hop routines across multiple formations. Showcasing disciplined choreography, floorwork, and energetic solo flourishes, the routine builds toward a unified final pose and concludes with a formal bow to the audience.
